چکیده
Abstract Study question Can P-ICSI improve the clinical outcomes of ICSI, such as degeneration, fertilization and development to blastocyst, compared conventional ICSI (C-ICSI)? Summary answer can by increasing number fertilized oocytes decreasing degenerated after ICSI. What is known already In human IVF-ET, some are damaged when retrieved inseminated The application has been limited although it was developed over 30 years ago. Recently, reported that decrease damage embryonic C-ICSI. design, size, duration This study included 50 subjects undergoing IVF performed between April October 2022. Sibling were randomly assigned C-ICSI P-ICSI. Participants/materials, setting, methods A total 1,207 from patients. Among them, 852 with visible spindle or in sibling oocytes. Piezo-actuated Mouse ICSI (Intracytoplasmic sperm injection)
Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) is not only used in human assisted reproduction (ART), but it is also widely employed for veterinary in vitro fertilization during rare species preservation, germ-line rescue of transgenic animals or for any veterinary assisted conception. Piezo-assisted ICSI, which was first described in 1995 [1], can be employed for assisted conception in animals in whi...

IVF has become a well-established treatment for certain types of infertility, including long-standing infertility due to tubal disease, endometriosis, unexplained infertility or infertility involving a male factor. Soon it became clear that certain couples with severe male-factor infertility could not be helped by conventional IVF. Extremely low sperm counts, impaired motility and/or abnormal m...

Micro-assisted fertilization in the form of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) has truly revolutionised the treatment options for couples with impaired semen quality, and those with both obstructive and non-obstructive azoospermia. In general, the major issues which relate to the success of ICSI are those related to the success of conventional IVF, and the high multiple pregnancy rate rema...

In these last twenty years, intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) has efficiently permitted the treatment of male factor infertility (Van Steirteghem et al., 1993); the direct injection of spermatozoa into ooplasm has allowed the embryologist to overcome low sperm motility, poor sperm-Zona Pellucida (ZP) binding, and defective acrosome reaction. Although ICSI has been successfully applied wor...
